We are committed to providing high-quality and enriching performing arts education to our students. We understand that circumstances may arise that require a cancellation of enrollment. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy:
Cancellation Requests:
1.1. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@silverlinetheatre.org or in person at our box office.
1.2. Cancellation requests made at least 7 days before the start of the class will be eligible for a full refund.
Refund Eligibility:
2.1. If the cancellation request is received:
a) More than 7 days before the class start date, a full refund of the tuition fee will be issued.
b) Between 1 and 7 days before the class start date, a 50% refund of the tuition fee will be issued.
c) After the class has met for 3 or more sessions, no refund will be issued.
2.2. No refunds will be provided for missed classes or absences during the course unless due to exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), which must be communicated to us as soon as possible.
Class Cancellation by Silver Line Theatre Exchange:
3.1. In the rare event that we need to cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances, such as instructor unavailability or insufficient enrollment, we will notify all registered students immediately.
3.2. If a class is canceled by Silver Line Theatre Exchange, students will be given:
a) A makeup date for the missed class at no additional cost.
b) Receive a full refund of the tuition cost of the total canceled days.
Refund Processing:
4.1. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the cancellation request approval or class cancellation notice.
4.2. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original transaction.
Registration and Administrative Fees:
5.1. Registration and administrative fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Transfers:
6.1. Requests to transfer to another class must be made in writing via email to [School Email Address] and are subject to availability.
6.2. Transfers made before the start of the class will be processed without any additional fees. Transfers requested after the class has begun may be subject to a transfer fee.
Code of Conduct: 7.1.
Students are expected to adhere to our Code of Conduct throughout the duration of the class. Failure to do so may result in the student's dismissal without any refund.

The purpose of the Silver Line Theatre Exchange social media pages is to share information and ideas of genuine interest to the theatre community and to foster connections between SLTE and the local community. When posting, users are asked to be respectful, to keep it clean, to stay on topic, to avoid posting private or confidential information, and to refrain from negatively targeting individuals or groups.
SLTE reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove any posts and/or comments it deems inappropriate or offensive, including but not limited to content that harasses, abuses, threatens, attacks, or demeans an individual or group; that it deems advertising or spam; that uses foul language or vulgarity, whether open or veiled; that is obscene; that is illegal; that is purposely harmful to the organization or its operations; that solicits funding for other organizations; or that is off-topic.
